Inspired or certified Anusara yoga teacher wishing to enhance and refine your teaching skills, then you are ready for Level 1 and Advanced Level Teacher Trainings as well as special Teacher's workshops with Amy! Amy's Teacher's programs are designed to build your skillsets in the eleven main aspects of Anusara yoga teaching methodology, including observation skills, class themes, instruction that skillfully weaves attitudinal and technical language, demonstration, sequencing, as well as Anusara therapeutics, peer teaching, and designing curriculum. Being around other teachers and receiving feedback from colleagues and staff is a key feature of these programs, which empowers you to build your confidence as a teacher and step more fully into your essence as a person and leader.
