What is the Immersion?
The Anusara Immersion takes you on a journey into the study of Anusara Yoga (Asana, Philosophy, Pranayama, Meditation). You will meet friends who share in the desire to live from the heart. Here there will be yoga to be practiced and life-long friendships to be made. The Immersion is perfect for those wishing to delve into the mysteries and profound practices of yoga. The Immersion teaches us how to imbibe the practice as a path to conscious living, have the experience of our truest self, and journey to the core of Anusara Yoga. There is no pressure to teach yoga or any instruction on how to teach, only the pleasure and challenge of basking in the deeper knowledge of this practice. Read on...

Please Note: The Immersions fill very quickly - please register early to save your spot! Pre-registration is required.

Hours: All of your time spent in the Immersion will count as hours toward an eventual certificate in Anusara Yoga. Each part of the Immersion counts as 36 hours. To augment your process, we suggest attending public classes: 4x week with your local affiliated and certified Anusara Yoga teachers.

Participation: We strongly recommend participating in all 3 weekends of each Part for the full benefit of this experience, and to meet the prerequisite for each subsequent Part. However, if you can only commit partially, you may join in on individual weekends pending Amy's permission. Dedicated Anusara students who have many hours under their belt or affiliated Anusara teachers, may jump in at any phase, pending Amy's permission.

Completion: Once you have successfully finished all three parts of the 108-hour Immersion, you will receive a signed certificate of completion from Amy.
